Asset Manager-Loss Mitigation (ref 2576)
Asset Manager required for a well established mortgage management company based in Ipswich. The role involves proactively managing non-performing mortgage accounts to minimise losses and maximise recover in accordance to agreed strategies. Applicants are required to be fully or partially CeMAP qualified (or equiv.), with mortgage / finance knowledge and experience.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 35 hours per week.
Reporting Analyst (ref 2578)
Reporting Analyst required for a medium sized financial services company based in Ipswich.
Overall Responsibilities
- 30% report building, analysis of customer requirements, reporting system development.
- 25% cash management, production of cash waterfall reports, financial reconciliations, trial balance preparation, basic accounting.
- 20% monitoring quality of team work, productivity of team members and team adherence to SLA.
- 15% production of regular and ad-hoc financial reporting and management information to both internal and external clients.
- 10% maintenance of procedures and process flow documents.
Ideal applicants will have a relevant degree or accountancy qualification, or experience of reporting financial information and data reconciliation along with intermediate skills on all MS Office packages. Accuracy, organisation skills and strong commitment to continuous improvement is imperative.
Mon-Fri, 35 hours per week.
Part time Sales Assistant (ref 2579)
Sales Assistant required for a well established retailer in Aldeburgh. Approx. 14 hours a week inc. some weekends and Bank Holidays. Applicants are required to have basic computer literacy skills and ideally experience in retail/customer service environment.
Community Manager Contract (ref 2562)
Community Manager required for the Kesgrave area (with an office base in Framlingham). Responsible for a patch of houses and dealing with all tenancy issues on the patch, including rents, voids, neighbour problems etc. It is a very customer focussed role visiting tenants in their homes consisting of varying demands so applicants must have relevant experience along with the ability to prioritise and manage own workload and diary.
22 hours per week (3 days), inc. car allowance.
Maternity cover; 3 month contract initially.
