Find a Job were delighted to be named Recruitment Company of the Year Award at the Archant Suffolk Recruitment Awards 2006. Following our success at the 2005 awards, when our Managing Director Antonia won the Special Recognition Award for her continued commitment to the industry, the Find a Job team decided to enter for a different category.

Selection criteria involved demonstrating that we offer high standards of service to both candidates and customers, contact our customers regularly, provide candidates of the highest quality, make a significant contribution to the community, demonstrating long-term relationships with customers and candidates and proving the respect of our competitors. Having retained certain clients for over 40 years and receiving repeat business from candidates searching for career changes following successful placements, we were clearly strong contenders for the award. (That said, when the judges called out our name as the winners, there were some stunned faces at the Find a Job table!)

The Archant Suffolk Recruitment Judges said that Find-A-Job demonstrated a real commitment to the local community and business, proving a very high retention of customers and frequent recommendation by other local agencies.

Needless to say, the whole team were thrilled to have won this prestigious award and would like to thank all our clients and candidates for their continued support over the  years. Our dedication to the industry is as strong today as ever and will continue for many years to come.
