Find A Job has introduced a new recession-busting service to help clients through the time-consuming recruitment process.

 

At a time when every vacancy is likely to attract a vast number of candidates, Find-A-Job is offering a slimmed down version of its full recruitment package. Clients can choose from the three following options:

Option 1: Vacancies are advertised on five high-profile web sites and jobs boards locally and nationally. Applicants are reviewed and shortlist is sent to clients – £200 + VAT.

Option 2: Organise interviews between candidates and clients and references obtained – £200 + VAT.

 Option 3: Skills test candidates on IT skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, data entry, copy typing, audio typing and even shorthand –  £20 + VAT per person.

The innovative new service aims to offer its clients maximum flexibility through challenging times and offer a cost-effective alternative to tackling the task themselves. We want to tailor our services to meet each individual client’s needs and offer them more choice.  The whole recruitment process can be lengthy under normal circumstances but at the moment, with so many people looking for work, it is not unusual for 100 candidates to apply for a single job.  It is quite likely that a company may think it is saving money by undertaking recruitment itself but we have the facilities in place and experience to handle these three tasks quickly and efficiently, which saves time and money. Clients can pick and choose which services they require to suit their needs and of course we still offer the complete recruitment package whereby we also undertake interviews on their behalf as well.
